Spirits and others: Rittenhouse Rye, Carpano Antica Formula

Ingredient: Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Maraschino Cherry

Method: Stirred

Glass: Martini

Words: Lead with sour fruity that coat your mouth with a sweet dry and somewhat a bit peppery banana then closure that slowly fades off.

Spirits and others: Bulleit Rye, Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur, Absente, Punt e Mes

Ingredient: Peychaud’s Bitters

Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method: Stirred

Glass: Highball

Words: The Absente and Lemon take the lead. Followed by Bénédictine D.O.M that well blends as a light mouthfeel almost a decoy before a flash hit of herbaceous and Absente.

Spirits and others: Hendrick’s Gin

Ingredient: Fresh Lime Juice, Mint Leaves (France) Simple Syrup, Citric Acid, Stevia Sugar

Garnish: Ming Sprig

Method: Shaken

Glass: Martini

Words: A pale green cooly mint that strangely light in body but delivers a punch of sweet, a bit bitter of lime and a big scratch of sour. The almost heavy aftertaste was kind of there for a moment, but it was a refreshing pinch.

Spirits and others: Mars Shinshu Iwai Tradition, Glenfarclas 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur, Punt e Mes, Mancino Rosso Amaranto Vermouth

Ingredient:

Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method: Stirred

Glass: Highball

Words: It was a light lemon and soothing brown sugar like taste. Later swell into a glazed cherry with a small hint of bitterness and lengthy fresh wooden notes.
