Ingredient: Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Lemon Twist, Powdered Sugar (Rimmed)

Method: Shaken

Glass: White Wine

Words: The aroma was very invitingly from a combination of sweetness. It’s not oily or sticky but delivers deep citrus of juicy fruits and cognac. It was a quick and clean cut.

Ingredient: Pineapple Juice, Fresh Lime Juice, House Grenedine

Garnish: Orange Slice, Maraschino Cherry

Method: Shaken

Glass: Collins

Words: I almost guessed it right when they asked me about the house grenadine made with blackcurrant and cherry. It’s a bit brownish than images of brightly pink we are accustomed. This one has pineapple-ny foam. Its substance was rather loud on Cheery Heering and Bénédictine D.O.M. The splash of lime and grenadine at the end was a nice one to finish off with a gentle smack of tartness.

Ingredient: Fresh Orange Juice, Bitter Truth Orange Bitters, Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters

Garnish: Orange Twist, Grape Fruit

Method: Throw

Glass: Coupe

Words: There were bits of pulps of this orange shades that gives a transition from fresh to dry and a snappy fresh finish.

Ingredient: Tomato Juice, Fresh Lime Juice, Tabasco

Garnish: Cucumber (Sliced), Olive, Black Pepper (Ground), Garlic Salt, Paprika

Method: Thrown

Glass: Collins

Words: Deep reddish that’s fresh and made you thought it would be quite light for its gentle mouthfeel. However, the finish was a big punch of peppery and savory that was just about right. Also, the flavor and intensity doesn’t deepen but maintaining.
